Spectacular BEACHFRONT 4-bedroom Townhome at Bear Lake

Nicely renovated beachfront property! You will love this perfect Bear Lake vacation getaway. Situated on a private beach (shared with only 6 property owners), you will experience unbelievable views from this spacious 2,200 square foot luxury townhouse. There is plenty of room for your family and friends in this beachfront retreat. The home features a 3rd story Family Suite with a Queen Bed and night stands, as well as 2 day-beds with trundles, and a private bath. The home comes with 2 4k HD televisions with multiple Apps. A main floor master also includes a queen bed. The kids will love the downstairs bunk room with two bunk beds. The final bedroom features a queen bed and a deck overlooking the private patio and beach. With room in beds for up to 14, it is the perfect home to host up to 16 guests.

Your family gathering area includes a family room with 2 leather sofas, 2 new comfy chairs, a 58 inch Samsung HD Television. The upgraded gourmet kitchen includes a smooth top cooktop, built in oven and microwave, dishwasher, a granite island, and seating for 16. It is fully stocked with everything you need including dishes and silverware for 16, drip coffee maker as well as a new Keurig, toaster, griddle, mixer, blender, pots, pans, and much more.

Just off the family room and kitchen, relax on the back patio and enjoy the sunrise and lake view with deck chairs and a new stainless steel barbeque. There are no neighbors behind you to impact your unobstructed view.

The location of Sand Haven is perfect, just a couple blocks from the city center, but secluded on a private beach. Walk to all the restaurants, the new grocery store, and bike rentals. No need to drive to find a parking spot in town. Enjoy all the shopping, food (milkshakes!), and entertainment of Garden City.

Comes with 6 parking spots. The location is perfect and the views are spectacular. A washer and dryer, detergent, and dryer sheets are all provided for our guests. By the way, you have access to a large shared lawn, with plenty of space for family games. Also comes with 2 kayaks and a paddleboard for your use. In addition, there are 2 more higher-end sit-in kayaks for 2026. We look forward to providing you with an exceptional experience.

Great place for grandparents with grandchildren

Love the yard, play set, easy beach access and townhome. With eight grandchildren between the ages of 18 months to nine they were never bored. The townhome is nice and yet at the same time made for families to feel comfortable and not stressed out about the kids being there. We’ve gone two years in a row now and hope to go back next year again.

Best place for a friends and family get away! We loved that the back yard and dock gave beautiful views as well as easy access to all the water fun! The house is perfect for larger groups, we had 12 people, with multiple sleeping arrangements. The house, bathrooms and kitchen were all well stocked and it made our vacation wonderful! Our one regret? We should’ve booked one more day to enjoy this amazing property!

Perfect location!

This was our third time staying here, and we just love it! It feels like our home away from home. The location is perfect- we walked to crepes and coffee for breakfast and the grocery store and restaurants are super close as well. The yard is very large and there is a play structure for the kids. The dock was so much fun as well, and there are kayaks and paddle boards to use in the garage. Definitely a bear lake gem!

Our family had a wonderful time at Sand Haven. The views are spectacular and the privacy is heavenly. The unit was very clean and accomidated all of our needs. Family Getaway Success

We loved staying at this property. It was central to the town - everything we needed was close by. We enjoyed the lake access and private dock. The home was neat and tidy. Craig was excellent to work with. There was in the booklet a suggestion for a cave nearby and we went and had a great time. We look forward to staying there again in the future. Peaceful, crystal clear water, and skies full of stars, we couldn't ask for a better family vacation. The host, Craig, was quick to respond, and we enjoyed the amenities. The townhouse sits on a huge green lawn a long dock out into the water. We enjoyed the paddleboard and kayaks. The beds are comfortable and can easily sleep 14 people with three bathrooms, one on each level. Spacious, beautiful, and well maintained. No complaints. Everything was wonderful. We would love to stay here again someday. Thank you!

This was such a great property; we love being right on the lake. We are already planning for next year. The only thing that could make it better is taking care of the weeds between the lawn and the beach. Other than that, it was Perfect.

Amazing getaway!

This was our second time staying here, and we loved it! The water level was high and the swimming dock was submerged which was so much fun. We had 8 adults and 2 children and had plenty of room for everyone. There are a lot of stairs so keep that in mind if anyone in the group has mobility trouble. The location is amazing- walking distance to downtown garden city and super close to the marina. We will be back!

Great location for our family. Loved the walkability …quick walk to coffee, shakes and lake. Enjoyed sitting on deck, watching the sunrise and the deer walk by each morning. The playground was a life saver- the two year old granddaughter wore herself out! Craig was awesome to work with and responded quickly to all communication.

Christmas in August

This was a gift to our family for Christmas. We had the best time ever. The house was clean and the games and water toys were awesome. We barbequed, watched the boat parade, and the fireworks. Everyone had a great time from our 6 month great granddaughter to the 72 year old grandpa!

We had an unforgettable stay at this incredible lakefront property. The location couldn't be better—just steps away from the water with easy access to the lake. group reunion

I booked this location as it was centrally located for a group I have know since grade school, I'm 68. It was a wonderful, spacious unit with rooms for all of our married couples. large living room for us to sit around and converse. We even took the Kayaks out on the lake. All of the amenities were new. The kitchen was completely stocked which we took full advantage of cooking every night. The location, right on the beach, gave a fantastic view out every window. I would highly recomend this place as a gettaway to a beautiful location.

First Bear Lake visit

We had 6 adults and a 2 year old. The house is lovely. The description online is perfectly written. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room. The semi-private beach was amazing. We caught a lot of fish right off the dock. We brought a canoe and went fishing in deeper water as well. We brought all the food needed for the 3 days. The kitchen had everything we needed, pots, pans, dishes, silverware etc. They have a fun play area for the kids. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone. It was the best and most relaxing vacation I have ever been on in recent memory.

Bear Lake Visit

The property and location can't be beat. The unit is clean and the proximity to the lake is what sold us on this rental. The owner is also very responsive.This is the reason for my 5 stars. That said, if you are looking for privacy, keep looking. The 2 adjoining units were full (one of them had more than the rental probably allows) and there were at least 10 children under the age of 8 that were loud and screaming throughout the week. The neighboring deck and grill is literally inches away from the patio furniture. Very close quarters. We struggled to claim yard space in the shared area. The other groups were setting up big canopy tents and left us no room. Hard to enjoy the beach or the dock with so many people. We love Bear Lake but will definitely choose something a bit more private for our next visit.
