Paradise Point - Gorgeous views, Relaxing and fun!
Our beautiful craftsman home in Harbour Village overlooks the gorgeous turquoises Bear Lake. Located just above the boat dock marina in Garden City. Our home has two master suites, two fire places and is beautifully decorated. You'll be close to all the amenities, restaurants and fun adventures found in Garden City with ATV trails, hiking Logan Canyon, boating, jet skiing, fishing, playing at the lake or relaxing on the sandy beaches. This is a perfect place to make family memories that last!
The space
6 bedroom 4.5 bathrooms, including 2 master suites, 2 fireplaces - 1 wood burning and 1 gas, extra large garage which has been converted into an arcade/playroom, large deck off the kitchen with spectactular views, walk out basement to a cement pad with a hot tub overlooking the lake. Amazing views, excellent location, close to everything.
Parking boats and trailers. There is enough space in the driveway to park a truck pulling a boat and/or a truck pulling a trailer. The driveway may be a bit tricky to do so. Most guests back their trailer/boat down the driveway so it's easier to pull out when you leave. Another alternative is to park in the parking lot down by the light house at the entrance of Harbor Village. There is a daily fee they charge to park there, based on availability. If they have spots available it's $20/day for a large parking spot (truck/trailer) or $10/day for a small spot for a regular vehicle.

Overall
No grass for kids to play and in the game room the games didn’t work. They did bring a few over but on the internet it looked awesome. And you couldn’t open the garage door and it had a very musty smell. The house itself was very clean and nice.
This was a wonderful home for a large family gathering. The playroom was an enormous hit with everyone. The view was amazing and both decks were used. The kitchen was well stocked too. We completely used every part of the house. We had excellent communication with the host. Thank you for sharing your home.
My family and I recently spent a fabulous week in bear lake. The house was amazing. It was the perfect size and location. The view from the upper deck was a great place to start your morning and end your day. The children loved the gameroom and the adults loved the hot tub. I could go on and on about how wonderful the house was, we hope to return.
Wow-- this property is beautiful! It was perfect for our group of 13, which included adults and kids (age 6 and under). The views of Bear Lake are phenomenal, and the space is comfortable-- enough room to cook, dine, relax, and play games together. There's things for adults and kids here, and enough rooms for us all to have our individual space. The host communicated clearly and responded quickly to all of my inquiries. I really cannot say enough good things about the property and the house! We hope to return in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We were very satisfied at first until the air conditioning went out two days into our week long stay. The owner tried to blame it on us even though he indicated in a conversation that the air conditioning had been having trouble for quite some time. He claimed that we left the doors and windows open during the day (which we did not) and that caused the air conditioning unit to freeze. He said he was going to send someone out to fix it which never happened. My son in law spent quite a bit of time thawing the ice off the unit which didn't help. It finally started working the night before we left. The owner continued to blame us and gave us a paltry refund which did not make up for the inconvenience we suffered. I think it is fare to expect a working air conditioning unit and a decent refund when we didn't get that. I would not stay here again.
The place was dirty with dead bugs on inside window ledges, litter throughout, matted rugs, filthy fridge, finger prints on walls and doors, and grimy floors. The ceiling fan in the family room was covered with dust and debris that flew off when the fan was turned up and the overall feeling of the place was that no deep cleaning had been done for several months. The hosts requests you to wash all of the towels before checking out at 10:00 am. This was very disappointing seeing that a large cleaning deposit was already charged as part of the booking fee. Bunk beds were wobbly, family room curtains were falling off rods, there were loose screws all over the floor which children stepped on, and there was a very limited set of kitchenware for cooking.
The garage was filled with a variety of arcade games as shown on the listing, but only a few of the games were actually functional. Additionally, the vending machines therein were only display pieces and were completely dysfunctional. The listing stated that guests had access to a “communal pool”, but in reality the community’s pool was not available to guests staying at the home. When we asked the hosts about this, they claimed that the listing was simply referring to the local garden city recreational pool a few miles away - anyone can access this pool by paying a fee to enter.
