No matter the season, you and your guests won’t be disappointed when visiting all the beauty Hocking Hills offers!

    Relax, stargaze, or spend some quality time out by the campfire with family and friends. The Tucked Away is located 5 miles from Logan and 12 miles to Nelsonville, Ohio. The State Park offers over thousands of acres to explore by hiking, off-highway vehicle riding, mountain biking, or horseback riding. When in town, guests will want to visit Logan’s downtown, Nelsonville’s Historic Square Arts District, Stuart’s Opera House, Hocking Valley Scenic Railway, or the Nelsonville Music Festival that is held every year at Hocking College. Lake Logan is only a short drive from the cabin and Lake Hope State Park located in Zaleski State Forest. Guests can enjoy some fine dining at Lake Hope Lodge or a day of picnicking and swimming with family and friend

We had a great time at the cabin with a family of four! It's in a nice secluded location so you really feel like you are by yourself out in the woods. The hot tub was perfect on the colder days!

Overall we had a great stay. The hot tub was wonderful and so relaxing after a day of hiking. There is a new covering over the patio area, which is a great addition, especially if it rains so there is still an outside space that is still usable. The fire pit was a nice place to gather around in the evening. There was a lot of debris in the bottom of the oven that could use a good cleaning as that did smoke a bit when we were cooking. The water out of the tap had a strong sulfur smell so I would recommend bringing some drinking and cooking water with you. There is no dishwasher, so if you don't want to be doing dishes I would recommend bringing paper plates.

A wonderful place for a girl's weekend!

A very clean, quiet, nestled away place for family or a girl's weekend. Amenities are on point. Far enough out, while being super easy to get to town and other attractions. Will definitely stay there again.

Indeed Tucked Away

Overall we had a good stay. Very nice property, nice large hotub, washer and dryer were a nice addition especially after enjoying the outdoor fire pit to get rid of the smoke smell on our clothing. Great place to disconnect from the world while still close to shopping and food.
