"Not very clean. The towels were stained. The bathroom sink in entire counter had hairs from someone shaving all over it and the tub had hairs in it."

"The room was nice, but everything else was dirty. Especially the elevators. "

"Front desk staff was great, my rating for staff is for the manager who tried to tell me he didnt have any bath tub stoppers. The first room i was given was dirty the floor had crumbs everywhere, the lights were flickering non stop, and bath tub stopper was missing.I went to the front desk and asked for a new room which the ladybwas very helpful and gave me a new room.I go and take my items to the new room and try to relax and take a bath and the bath tub stopper was missing from the second room as well, so I go back to the front desk and now the manager is there I tell him both of the rooms dont have the stoppers and he told me unfortunately we are out and dont have anymore. I couldn't belive he would tell a fib like that so I gave him a little push back and he then told me to wait at the counter and went and took a stopper from another room which was too small and didnt even fit my bathtub in my room."

"The person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Made us feel like home. She was excellent!! "

"Ann was great, we stayed on the night of March 6 and she was very friendly and helpful, made it memorable. Lots of traffic from the adjacent truck stop but if you run the room's hvac it drowns it out."
