Description
Very bright three bedroom apartment in the center of Logroño, just 20 meters from Laurel Street and with beautiful views of the Paseo del Espolón. Building completely renovated with the best materials, we have all the necessary services for you to spend a beautiful stay in the capital of La Rioja. We offer special rates for parking in the El Espolón car park.

YOUR SPACE:
Apartment with three double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room to accommodate a maximum of eight people. It also has a large and bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. In addition the apartment has 7 balconies and a large gazebo.

Your neighborhood:
Located in the historic center of Logroño, the apartment is in an ideal place to visit the famous Laurel Street and enjoy the Rioja gastronomy. Also nearby is the Breton Theater, which has extensive cultural programming; the co-cathedral of Santa María de la Redonda and the financial and commercial center of the city.


Offsets:
If you come by car you can leave it right in front of the apartment, in the El Espolón car park, where we have special rates for all guests. The bus station is just 700 meters away and the train station less than 15 minutes walk. There is also a taxi rank and several urban bus stops.
