"The location was a little out of town but easy walking distance. The staff always seemed too preoccupied to assist or answer questions. The safe in our room didnt work. After advising reception the batteries were changed later in the day. The safe worked for about 3 mins then went back to not working. We advised reception again but it was not fixed before we left. The hotel has a lovely wellness area with gym. Spa, sauna and massage by appt ( which we would not recommend). We enjoyed both hot and breakfast and a lovely dinner."
