The idyllic location on the coast and near Jasmund National Park (a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site), with its ancient beech forests and world-famous chalk cliffs, will delight you. In picturesque surroundings, and without needing your car, you can hike, bike, ride horses, play golf, sail, go on fishing excursions, and enjoy the unspoiled wilderness of the primeval forest. You’ll enter your HERZZEIT through a barrier-free entrance on the ground floor of an elegant, light-filled Bauhaus villa. With a spacious 62 square metres, it’s suitable for 2 people plus a toddler, and your four-legged friend is also very welcome. Enjoy the high-quality interior furnishings from the Riviera Maison brand. The walls are adorned with selected original works of art by artist friends. The cosy living area, featuring an integrated kitchenette, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and washer-dryer, leaves nothing to be desired. In the cosy bedroom with its own walk-in closet, you’ll be pampered by a wonderfully comfortable box-spring bed. You’ll especially love the spacious spa-style bathroom with a bathtub and a barrier-free rain shower. Two large-screen TVs in the living and sleeping areas, free high-speed internet, and a small stereo system round out the amenities. You can access the sunny garden—also barrier-free—via the spacious, rain- and wind-protected terrace, which features a beach chair, lounge furniture, and an electric grill. Continuously adjustable privacy screens have been installed on all windows.

A short hiking trail leads you from the garden, along the golf course, directly into the heart of Jasmund National Park with its unique beauty and abundance of life. After just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the cliffs and the famous Cape Arkona, with its legendary sunsets. Hike along wooded coastal paths down to the sea or to the world-famous chalk cliffs (Königsstuhl) with its Skywalk. It’s also just a short walk along meadows and fields to the fishing village of Lohme, with its marina, galleries, and seafood restaurants.
