"This is a very old historic hotel in the center of Town. The rugs and communal areas need an upgrade. The rooms are small but very clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff are very helpful . The continental breakfast is plenty.Their biggest issue is that the walls are paper thin so it’s difficult if you have a noisy neighbor or someone with a tv on. The price for a room in-the summer is ridiculous but that is Nantucket."

Beautiful House Minutes from Town, on Bike Path

"While we have stayed on Nantucket in the past, this was our first time renting a home there for our vacation. The home has the Nantucket charm inside and out. It was the perfect size for the five of us. But could have easily accommodated another couple.We loved the location of this home as we could easily walk to town. The bike path is just across the street which is great. We found the close proximity to the beach excellent along with Bartlett Farm and delish restaurants.We did cook a few meals and the kitchen had all the essentials to prep and serve dinner. Mark was very responsive if we had a question and check-in was very smooth. I would recommend this lovely home - very comfortable inside and out!! Hope to return."

"We booked two rooms, one for me and the other for my niece and her fiancé. Cara, the manager, is beyond nice and incredibly helpful. There is nothing inexpensive about Nantucket. That said, this ia a property that offers value and amazing convenience."

"The property is great! It was the perfect location for our party of six plus a baby- but can easily accommodate more! The kitchen was stocked with any utensils and pans needed, and even some spices! The owners left a lovely book of recommendations for the island. It is in walking distance of downtown (15 minutes ish) but not in town.Totally family friendly house! Thank you for a lovely Nantucket vacation!"
