"Very nice room in an apartment house in a small historic town of Posada. Very friendly and caring hosts. The room was very clean, modern and had everything we required incl. a kettle and a fridge; air conditioner was there as well. Smart TV with smartphone mirroring technology. "Beautiful property that felt like a private oasis. Room was clean and the pool was heavenly. Definitely recommend having a car so you can access the nearby beaches and restaurants that are part of the resort as taxi’s are very difficult to get (other than airport taxis) and incredibly expensive. The walk to the beach isn’t tooooo bad BUT in the summer heat it can be a lot. They do offer a shuttle that you can schedule at a few set times during the day. The beach has an amazing view. Highly recommend the beach bar the vibes and drinks were excellent"

"Our family of five had the most incredible stay at this beautiful villa; it truly became one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. There is something truly magical about this property. The location is perfect—peaceful and quiet, close enough to explore everything this beautiful part of the island has to offer. Waking up each morning to the breathtaking views and ending our evenings by the pool are memories we'll cherish for years to come. The villa was immaculate. It was impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and had plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax. The air conditioning kept us comfortable during the warm Sardinian days, and every detail of the home reflected the care and pride that has gone into creating such a special place.The pool was stunning and quickly became our favorite gathering spot. Whether we were swimming, enjoying a meal outdoors, or simply soaking in the incredible scenery, every moment felt peaceful and unforgettable.What made our stay even more special was Roberto-the kindest and most gracious host we have ever met. He was available whenever we needed anything, greeting us with his gentle smile and genuine warmth. His kindness and hospitality made us feel less like guests and more like friends, and it added so much to our experience.Thank you, Roberto, for sharing your beautiful home and for making our stay so memorable. "Located on a roundabout on the main road. Some street noise from room. Bed could have done with a mattress topper as quite firm, as were the pillows. Large bathroom but poor design. No shelves, no tooth brush mug, limited hooks. Shower flooded and therefore regularly flooded area is looking in need of maintenance. Could do with a night light as fan is very loud. Wardrobes OK but for tall people with no dresses. Hanging rails very high on upper ones and still not long enough to hand a dress. Rooftop pool was OK but if shade needed, then you go under the table seating area. Nice comfy seating area partly outdoors on floor below. Nice meal one evening and good breakfast. Americano is weak so ask for double espresso and add water."

"Wow! Great experience. Giorgio was great communicator and was so generous about letting us check in early. The house is pristinely clean, views SPECTACULAR. Lots of towels. A/c worked great. Giorgio sent us beach recommendations. Amazing trip! "
