"Nice Hotel but not five star. Rooms in main hotel are probably five star but we stayed in building next door. hotel restaurant was excellent. Reception and service was unorganised. Not so happy and several errors and delayed check in. A bit annoying that I couldn’t book extra night for 140 EUR. Instead I had to pay 240 Eur at hotels.com! Only place room was available. "

Infoblatt bis 10.30 Uhr. Als wir alles fertig im Auto verpackt hatten und zum Frühstück kamen genau 10.00 Uhr war das Buffet schon abgeräumt. Es fehlte die hotelübliche Saunatasche im Zimmer und pro Person wurde nur ein einziges Handtuch, für den Saunabereich, zur Verfügung gestellt. (Üblicherweise sind es zwei Handtücher.) Es lagen zwei unterschiedliche Sorten Bademäntel im Zimmer (einer hatte ein Muster und war rau, wie Sandpapier/ der andere war ohne Muster und hatte weicheren Stoff). "We really enjoyed our stay in this duplex apartment in lovely Sellin on Rügen island. This place is ideal for two couples or a family with two kids as it’s big enough for 4 people. The living and dining area is downstairs and the bathroom too. Upstairs there are two nice bedrooms. The whole place is modern, stylish, comfy and very clean. Location is great too! "

"Excellent hotel with comfortable bed and plentiful breakfast. I did not use the balcony due to the weather. Guests have use of the sauna and swimming pool at the nearby VNU Hotel (at the top of the hill) for EUR15. This under repair on the first night but I did use it on the 2nd night, they do ask you to wear flip flops or other bathing shoes. The hotel is handy for the REWE supermarket and shops. The Rasender Roland steam railway station is about 15 minutes walk away uphill but there is also a funicular railway. This railway was the main reason for my visit. The station restaurant is very good for meals. I had a day out in Binz which has plenty of shops and nice walks along the beach, also a larger REWE supermarket."
