This family house, maintained with care (painting and recent improvements), is pleasant to live in with its comfortable equipment (equipped kitchen) and decorated with care. It has 5 bedrooms and a very bright living room. Active wifi throughout the house.

It is surrounded by a private and enclosed garden of more than 500 m², a rare area for the Ile de Ré, sunny all day, with terrace and lawn.

Comfortable for 8 people, up to 12 people maximum.

The house is located in a quiet street, 500 m from the market square and the village centre (2 min by bike, 7 min by foot), and 5 min by bike from the beach.

Sheets, bath mats and towels not provided. Mandatory cleaning fee in addition (200 €), to be seen with Rêves et Jardin at the entrance.

Exchange with travellers

Our concierge service will be present for the handover of the keys and the inventory of fixtures at the beginning and end of the stay, and available if necessary for the duration of the stay.

Transport

On site, you can forget your car and get around on foot or by bike. The centre of the village with its market and shops is 500 m away. Loix is ideally located in the middle of the island, with many cycle paths to discover the other villages and the beaches.
