They did not let us in because I traveled with a cat. Given that the hotel listed as a Pet Friendly, and the booking was not refundable... According to the manager, "pet" means "dog", he advised us to try some other place, said "Don't be angry" and closed the door.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Stadtbesichtigung. Parkplatz ist dabei, kostet 10 Euro und ermöglicht Parken bis 14 Uhr am Abreisetag.

Chambre au rdc donnant directement sur une rue d’un côté et sur les poubelles de la cuisine de l’autre. Pas de cafetiers ni de bouilloire ni même de gel douche. Ne prenez pas la chambre 1. Petit dej correct, sans plus. Le personnel parle à peine anglais. L’occasion de tester votre allemand :-)

Das größte Lob gehört absolut dem Hervorragendem Personal! Freundlich und extrem flink und aufgeschlossen. Lange habe ich nicht mehr solch gute Gastronomen erlebt! Alle lächeln und sind extrem flink und sauber in Ihrem Job. Das Lokal an sich ist mit großer Sicherheit das beste in Loket und Umgebung. Top Karte Top Qualität und Faire Preise. Die Unterkunft sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Zimmergröße ausreichend. Parken gegen Aufpreis vor dem Lokal. Die Polizei ist sehr Präsent und man fühlt sich sehr wohl und sicher dort im Ort! Frühstück war übersichtlich aber dafür frisch. ich kann es uneingeschränkt weiter Empfehlen. werden mit großer Sicherheit dort wieder einkehren!

Alles Top

Mega schön im denkmalgeschützten Ortskern gelegen. Parken kann man vor der Tür, Parkausweiß gibt es an der Theke beim Einchecken. Es wird auch deutsch gesprochen, was es einfacher macht. Alles ist sehr sehr sauber. Das Restaurant, die Flure, das Treppenhaus und das Zimmer. Selten ein so gepflegtes Hotel gesehen. Wir waren mehrere Tage hier, und haben auch täglich im dazugehörendem Restaurant gegessen. Das Essen ist auf höchstem Niveau. Alles frisch, sehr sehr lecker und sehr ausreichende Portionen. Der Service ist immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Trinken Sie auf jeden Fall den einheimischen Wein, und nicht nur das tolle Bier. Auch muss man mal den Kuchen am Nachmittag probieren.

Příjemné ubytování s dobrou restaurací

Stylově a vkusně zařízeno, velmi čisto. Přátelský personál. Přidružená restaurace vaří nadprůměrně, a je to reálně jedna z max dvou v lokalitě, které nejsou turistickými pastmi. Celkově výborný poměr cena/výkon, doporučuji!

Urgemütliches Restaurant mit sehr freundlichen Personal. Pension durch die baulichen Gegebenheiten etwas verwinkelt aber sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Betten sehr bequem. Das war garantiert nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt.
