"Nice place to stay"

"Das Personal war super engagiert, die Küche wurde trotz sehr später Ankunft nochmals geöffnet. Wir hatten eine Autopanne, werden aber jedenfalls wieder hierherkommen."

Kommentare wie: "Sie kommen ja aus der reichen Schweiz" als ich nach den Parkgebühren gefragt habe, sollte sie sich verkneifen. Unverschämt! Die Rechnung konnte am Abend nicht bereit gemacht werden, so dass ich es am Abend bezahlen konnte. Zum Bezahlen der 5 Zimmer brauchte ich am nächsten Morgen über 30min. "We were very unhappy with our stay. When we arrived the ladies at the reception told us to park our car at the car park and then we can check in. Once we brought all our stuff to the building they actually said to go back to the car , put everything back and go to another parking space as our room will be in a different apartment….also, I have requested a baby cot and a microwave as my daughter is 9 month old. I have sent my request when I made the booking and called in 2 times, when we arrived...
