"The room and hallways were clean. The tub drained very slow to the point where my toes were soaking in the shower water. The rooms could use better lighting by the desk area. The breakfast is good and always open on time. I think an hospitality staff should make an effort to not smell like cigarette smoke. I haven't used the pool or work out areas."

"Everything was clean besides the pool floor & floor in the pool area. Staff was very friendly. Coffee was very poor. Breakfast was good variety."

"We came for the waterpark and it did its job. Perfect for our 5 and 10 year old. 13 is probably too old unless in a group. Area was clean and orderly thanks to the meticulous lifeguards. They are outstanding considering the number of kids all around. Room is dated, fridge and micro worked, heat/ac unit is old school knobs, room wasnt dirty. Overall, they weren't horrible though. We didnt spend time in our room, came to swim! The "Fitness Center" might as well be run by Dwight K Schrute. Mismatched dumbbells, broken treadmill, wobbly bench(but no dumbbells so no worry) pull up bar and dip set up was functional. Bummer for dad, but hey, came to swim. "

"Quaint house with great location to Roesch Center etc. Easy check in and house accessibility with remote entry. My kids were a little disappointed the video arcade didn’t work. "
