It’s a nice place to stay..the stuffs are very polite and well welcoming and quick to act upon your requests....overall it’s was an amazing experience.

Nous avons eu une très mauvaise expérience Nous avons une inondation dans la chambre. La nuit du à la pluie . Aucune excuse de la part du management. Juste la personne qui est venu nettoyer m a dit qu il y a un conduite de m hôtel qui a est bouché ce qui a entraîné inondation . Les toilettes étaient. Bouchées j ai demandé au réception de régler cela une heure plus tard il me dit que c est réglé mais en vérifiant rien n était régler. Pas de câble canal pas de gaz mis à la du client il doit tout payer même l électricité Les africains n ont pas compris que dans lees domaines de restauration hôtellerie tourisme le service a la clientèle est le plus important C est vraiment dommage Prochaine. Nous irons dans les chaînes d hôtel étrangères pour avoir moins de surprises désagréables
