"The rooms were very clean and the hotel itself is very beautiful. I felt very safe as a solo traveler the staff was very attentive and friendly. The only thing I had an issue with is if you’re coming in through the back way, the security is very rude and instead of just asking if you were staying at the hotel, they kind of berate you. That is one thing I feel like the Hotel needs to get better at training their staff to question people better. There shouldn’t be an interrogation just for me to get back to my room. Especially if I’m showing my hotel key. The service is very very slow but the food is good. There is a bit of a language barrier, but everyone was very nice and patient."
