He was attentive, very friendly, quick to assist, and displayed excellent customer service skills. He made the check-in process seamless and went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered. Truly impressed with his professionalism. Highly recommend!

When we first arrived our room was like walking into a sauna and the electricity was turned off. We had to wait some time for them to get maintenance to sort it out. The room wasn't the newest and the furniture was chipped and the chair had stains on it. The remote control was dirty. They put us in a room with a bath instead of a shower and I specifically requested a shower as I am 7 months pregnant For the price we paid a night I am absolutely angry and would rather have stayed somewhere else even if we had to travel. When I complained the lady at the desk wasn't really apologetic. I will never stay at this hotel again!
