"Hotel was overall clean however the pool was pretty gross - debris floating around, including a bandaid. "

"The room was clean and the staff was excellent, however, we had to wait to check in as room wasn't ready on time and the pool area was not clean. We were looking forward to the pool but it was not clean enough for use - garbage at bottom of pool. "

First time I’ve spent time at a hotel where there is no concierge available throughout the evening. That being said the staff was nice when they were there and the room was mostly clean with the exception of hair on the bed. "

"Called and asked for an early check in, was rudley told no. And then a friend called and asked and was told they could. So I’m not sure why that option was not available to me. Couldn’t use my credit card to leave a deposit so I had to use debit and have it returned before I left. Room also had a slight old cigarette smell "
