When we were ready for bed, we pulled the covers down to find body hair on the sheets and hair on the pillows. Obviously they did not change the linen after the last guests vacated the room. It was gross and it could have been an enjoyable stay but because of the other services we rated this average. Unfortunately, we will not stay in this establishment in the future! If the bed linen Cannot be routinely changed, it then time to seek other accommodations. $580.00 for 2 nights was $300.00 too much! I classify this as a motel 8. We removed the bottom sheet and used the top sheet to cover the matress.

Front dest person would not provide a paper receipt when asked for one at checkout. Her reason is that Expedia controls receipts and billings and does not allow for printed ones. I believe this is illegal and I will look into this further.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Front desk staff are dishonest and won’t pick up the phone intentionally. I agreed to stay there after they said they would cancel a later date I booked by accident months ahead. After they took my money they would not pick up the phone for Expedia agent or myself and then refused to provide refund even though they said they would at the front desk. Wasted an hour on the phone with Expedia, which I would not of bothered to do if they just told me they weren’t going to cancel my other booking. The room itself was disgusting, I guess the only way they can get people to stay here is if they trick them into it.

We stayed 1 night my son was playing baseball in Dorchester the room was smaller but clean linoleum flooring was different but bed was comfortable only complaint was I was woken up at night by someone talking in another room which was shocking you think a hotel would have better insulated walls to stop this I had to turn on a/c to drain out the talking . If your a light sleeper think twice about staying here.

Stayed here a couple times. This time we were put on the lower level with a view of a fence. The room was tiny! One of the smallest I’ve ever been in. The elevator and laundry area was just outside our door and was noisy. The heating system was loud and the pipes rattled for about 30 seconds every time the toilet was flushed. I expressed my frustration to the front desk attendant but was not offered another room. Breakfast was very good.

Our pillows had multiple random hairs on them when we first got our room, and there was a loud intermittent squeak that kept us up all night. Breakfast was good, and elevator was fast.

My room was quite clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. However, the shower was broken when I arrived and had to be fixed while I was there. Also, the toilet needed to be replaced. I had to call the front desk several times for them to come and unplug it. The toilet would get plugged with just liquid and a little bit of toilet paper. They did offer me a new room but I had already unpacked all of my things, so I didn't want to bother.

The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The room we checked in to was on level 1 and the window was open when we got in, and the room smelt like campfire smoke/was below 62F. The front desk got us another room right away and it was a smooth transition! Overall very clean hotel rooms. Two notes for improvement from personal preference: the pillows were awful (there wasn't much to them) and the window air unit smelt like mold when it was turned on, so it was a bit of a cold sleep. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay! Very clean and nice staff.

Lower level room wood floors were ice cold at all times. Huge furnace in room loud enough during run made it impossible to sleep soundly. Otherwise room fantastic especially king bed. Service and breakfast enjoyable
