Overall, the place is great! Every nicely appointed and furnished. Very cozy & met all our needs. Great location, close to Western and downtown. Excellent communication with and by our host. Only 2 drawbacks: i) outside entryway was rather overgrown with plants and need to be trimmed, which impeded access somewhat on the rather narrow walkway; and 2) the stairway up to the unit is in good shape, but is on the narrower side, and quite steep. So may pose difficulties for some with disabilities or other mobility challenges.

Beautiful new upper floor of house! Arturo was very responsive. Beds, linens and towels were really good. Laundry was a big added bonus. Main floor is also a rental- we had a bit of noise one of the nights, but otherwise was very quiet. The outside was a bit run down and currently not accessible, however the inside was truly lovely! Shower was fantastic. Great location. Easy walking distance to restaurants etc. located in a nice centeal neighborhood. Would definitely return.
