"This was a fine hotel for our brief one-night stay in London. We chose this one based on price and prior reviews. I would definitely stay here again, although I typically stay in higher-tier properties. We really wanted to be in London instead of 20 miles away. My only issues were the woman at the desk for check-in, while not rude or anything, was just pretty curt and not very welcoming. Also, we found a hair on the bathroom floor mat. Otherwise everything was clean and comfortable. "

"The property was easy to get to and close to restaurants. It had some issues. The freezer was a solid block of ice so we couldn't use it. Also, one of our towels had a softball size hole in it. The beds were fine and breakfast was good."

"We had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was good and filling. The inside pool was okay. A little chilly for the kids but that did not stop them. Need more seating and maybe some floatation toys for kids. Housekeeping was wonderful. Stocked what we needed and left us be when we wanted. There a choices of restaurants you can easily walk to and a gas station for last minute snacks. Pretty quiet too. "
