"The place is very stuff is friendly and helpful but keep in mind the water slides only operate on Friday and Saturday or holidays We stayed over on Sunday thinking it’s a weekend but the water slide was closed ."

"This hotel is absolutely beautiful! Everything is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. The breakfast was amazing and absolutely delicious! Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The swimming pool was lovely, and the location is fantastic, close to all major amenities. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel!"

"The location is great if you want to enjoy everything at 100 Kellogg. Went to the Beer Kitchen for live music and drinks this time, then went for drinks in the Speakeasy. It was a good night. Room was awesome, last time I was on the first floor, this time on the third. 3rd was better laid out. I love the heated floors in the bathroom, but wish there was a fridge to put snacks and drinks. Breakfast at the restaurant was so good."

"The staff were amazing… that’s what’s floating this place but a hotel can’t live on great staff alone. Small details like, shower curtain needed replacing or a deep cleaning. Our door didn’t shut properly (and thus lock) unless you gave it a couple good pushes (then double check it worked). The floors where loud - you could hear people above and it was clear they where not in shoes, plus the halls where loud too, like the impact on the subfloor under the carpet. Fabulous location and a kind, friendly charm to the hotel. I would likely come back if the price felt like it matched the 3.5 star quality."
