Basic and clean.

Room was simple and basic but ideal for a last minute cheaper stay in London. Bed not the comfiest. Local area not the most desirable but easy access into central london. Shared bathroom was clean. Only issue was no one advised how to check out and no one was around.

God opplevelse!

Veldig hyggelig kundeservice som kommer med ukjente tips til hvordan du kan oppleve London som en lokal innbygger. Hotellet har også svært bra plassering i forhold til attraksjoner og severdigheter i London. Ville anbefalt for unge par som vil ha en fantastisk opplevelse på budsjett.

Don’t believe the pictures you see. Honestly. Got given a bottom of the barrel room. Not a comfortable place to stay. staff were decent but this is the meaning of false advertising

Avoid

I need to wait almost half hour in front door. Too noisy. Dirty every where. Bed is uncomfortable- headrest is moving and making a cracking noise. A lot of wires on the floor - very unsafe. Curtain is short as soon sun is up it will go straight to your face on the bed. No sign or no name, very hard to recognise.

Dirty Damp carpets, small rooms

Should not be on hotels.com, very disappointed from the moment of arriving. Belongs on Airbnb. It is a large house in a questionable area of London, the carpets are filthy the room smelt of damp VERY BAD, and when asked for another room he said they are all like this and the smell is from the (still filthy) carpets that had just been cleaned. Told to put the heater on to get rid of the smell!

Awful place to stay not as advertised. Filthy room

I will not recommend anyone to book this so called hotel. Not a great place or area to live in unless you're very desperate. Room condition is appalling bathrooms disgusting condition shared by other room mates not as expected. This so called hotel is a house converted and there is not parking for cars. You risk getting clamped or ticketed by parking in a permit holders only. The rooms are freezing cold. Customer service is very poor they do not speak well to customers or direct customers in a friendly manner. The prices is not worthy. You've been warned to not book this so called hotel. Even a bed and break fast is much better than this. It a rip off hotel. I never spent more than an hour due to its condition. I booked another hotel where I stayed till morning.

Worst stay ever

I’ve worked away in cheap stays for years but this was Absolutely terrible rubbish everywhere around the property. had to ring to find out how to get to my room only then to find out my key was left under a bin full of finish finely get into the room and there was stains all over the walls and no upkeep for the next day. Came back to the room as we left it.. I don’t normally bother with reviews however all I can say is avoid avoid avoid....

This property needs repair,50%of everything does not work or it is broken,this is not for tourists.There is no comfort.Furniture is little and it's in poor condition. Don't give me such premises "Secret Prices" anymore,I paid a lot for such rooms!

HÔTEL À ÉVITER

Nous sommes arrivée dans un soi disant hôtel qui était en faite qu’une maison. Il n’ya Pas de réception. La porte d’entree est ouverte tout le temps. La chambre était très sale et poussiéreuse. Il y’avait des taches sur le drap. Douche et toilette commune ce qui n’est pas écrit dans la description. J’etais Avec mon fils de 2 mois et mon mari. Nous avons passé 1 nuit parce que nous n’avons pas trouvé d’hôtel cette nuit là. Le lendemain nous sommes partis et les 5 jours restants nous les avons passé dans un autre hôtel. Pour avoir accès au responsable il faut les appeler et ils ne sont pas sur le lieu. Les plomberies dans la douche s’enleve. Tout est sale à te donner des démangeaisons.Malheureusement et notre seule erreur est que nous n’avons pas pris de photo tellement je voulais juste partir
