We were present with 2 roons instead of one. This was really great! My kids stayed in one room and my wife and I in onother one. It was excellent! We also like the breakfast as well the location of the hotel.

They accidentally put us in a room that still needed cleaning. They quickly got us into a new room without delay. Very friendly efficient staff. Everyone was kind, and good continental breakfast

Tv didn’t work. Called front desk 3 times. Girl hung up on me. Went down and talk to manager. And suppose to get full refund. And I left Hotel is not in good condition. Lobby is a mess Leaking water. TVs not working. Rude front desk agent. I will never go there again They refunded my money then charged me the next day again

Tivemos problemas desde o check-in, estacionamento caríssimo para hóspedes, estacionamos na rua. Demoramos muito tempo realizando o cadastro do quarto, a fila foi só aumentando. Pedimos mais um toalha e não veio. Não tinha toalha de rosto também. No dia seguinte não conseguimos mais acessar o quarto pq a fechadura deu problema e só abria com a chave mestra: trocaram a gente de quarto. Na primeira descarga que utilizamos ela estava toda solta por dentro, não desligava: trocaram a gente de quarto novamente. No terceiro quarto o banheiro estava sempre molhado, algum vazamento não identificado. Mas estávamos já fartos de trocar de quarto (afinal estávamos com mala para 4 para 15 dias, muita coisa) e jogamos as toalhas no chão para manter "seco". Café da manhã ok. Prédio antigo com falta de manutenção, não volto mais.

O a/c estava com problemas, mas foram muito rápidos na solução e sem maiores transtornos. Recomendo sem reservas, seja pelo fácil acesso tanto pra chegar como nos mais diversos deslocamentos necessários; comodidade e cordialidade. Ressalvas para o estacionamento, preço ‘dolorido’ especialmente pra quem ficará muitos dias…

Único ponto ruim da hospedagem é que a entrada para carros do hotel, que dá acesso à área coberta, fica fechada com cones, então você não consegue acessar com o carro a área coberta. Chegamos em um temporal e mesmo assim não autorizaram a parar o carro no local coberto, tivemos que descer com malas na chuva.
