"We enjoyed our stay. Staff was super helpful and friendly. There was only 2 things that could be better. The shower head for one creates puddles of water due to the shower glass not being wide enough and the shower head not having space to be moved. Second thing, there is started molded on the ceiling. "The beach was great (sandy, very little sargassum, low surf that even my young kids could swim, lots of chairs), the pool was fun, having guest laundry available was nice, the kitchen was well equipped (coffee maker, toaster, dinnerware), the on site restaurant (Calabash) was very good, parking was easy and the location was great for exploring the island. We would stay here again."

"Not a five star hotel but met expectations so giving it 5 stars for what is advertised. Staff were nice, room was clean. Prime oceanfront location - This is why you stay here. Restaurant on site. Recommend staying in the newer building, but not on the first floor. While nice to walk out to the ocean, people will use the loungers in front of your patio door so you have no privacy. Wish list: bigger tv’s, extra comforters, sheer curtains (not just black out ones), more light in the bathroom. "

"The amenities were awesome truly felt like a little village and came to life throughout the day. I got handmade jewelry from a local vendor and enjoyed stays by the beach beds. There was a cute beach bar/grill where we got good drinks and headed to a beach bed. We also had a pool room so would start our days staying in. The cliffside restaurant was INCREDIBLE- highly recommend for breakfast "
