1. Modern 3 bedroom in the heart of Downtown Brooklyn across from Barclay's center

9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (37 reviews)
"Great location and layout of unit. Kitchen very nice and with an infant in our group it was a “must have”. On the downside, the place was a little worn, particularly bed sheets and towels. Second bedroom is tiny. There was also a leak in the ceiling in one of the bathrooms that was not new based on the condition of the plaster. None of these things would make me not want to stay here. But for the price we paid, we probably would have been better off getting multiple rooms in a nice hotel."
