This 2 story, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo located near the coastal waters features a large and open 1st floor living room, dining area, kitchen with bar seating and stacked washer/dryer laundry.

Long Beach Harbor is close by as well as interesting historical places for tours & shopping. There are also many delicious restaurants to choose from to take your vacation from good to great!



The Space:

Comfort meets convenience in this 2-story townhome located in the beautiful Beau Clair condo complex. Enjoy the view from your private balcony. The first floor features a spacious living room, dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchen with bar seating. There is a half bath in the living area downstairs, and both bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms are upstairs. It features a bright, fully-equipped open kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, high-speed internet, and TVs in the living room and both bedrooms.



Whether you're here to relax, explore the coastline, or enjoy the sleepy coastal town of Long Beach, the Beau Clair condo complex is in the perfect spot for your vacation. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was clean and spacious. Was not musty smelling. The water didn't have a funny scent or taste to it. Had everything we needed. The pool was great!! It was super clean and spacious. Definitely would recommend. Was at a previous condo and was moved to a different one due to some issues that were not taken care of prior. I didn't even ask to be moved and they went out of there way to make things better for us.
