Freshly renovated throughout, Elysian Shores has been designed for maximum guest comfort and relaxation. Situated right on the shores of Long Beach, you can walk out the front door and be on the sand within seconds
This property offers multi living across two floors, with two living areas and many outdoors areas, it is designed to suit 1 or 2 families who want to travel and make holiday memories together, but still have their own privacy and space as well.
Living Space: - Two living areas, 1 with water views, both have tv`s - The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make your holiday cooking enjoyable, including a dishwasher, airfryer and coffee machine - There are 2 bathrooms and an outdoor shower where you can wash off the days activities - There are water views from kitchen and lounge-room as well as Queen bedroom - The backyard yard is fully fenced and secure, great for pets or kids, but please note the front doors do open up directly to the water
Bedrooms: - Bedroom 1: King Bed (upstairs) - Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed (downstairs) - Bedroom 3: 1 x Bunk Bed - sleeps 2 (upstairs) - Bedroom 4: 2 x Bunk Beds - sleeps 4 (downstairs)
* mattresses on bunk beds are full size mattresses with mattress toppers
All linen and towels provided. BYO beach towels.
Guests have access to the whole property, aside from the garage.

Conveniently located just 8 minutes from Batemans Bay`s shopping, cafés, marina and foreshore, approximately 2 hours from Canberra and around 3.5 hours from Sydney All guests and visitors permitted at this premise; - No parties or schoolies to be at our property - We have a ‘no sand’ policy so please wash off sand when you return from the beach before entering the house, there is an outdoor shower in the front yard at the bottom of the stairs - No smoking/ vaping inside or on the balcony - We have a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, please respect our neighbours and come inside by 10pm - Pets must be approved by owner - Please don’t allow kids to eat on furnishings or in the bedrooms. - Please do not leave A/C on for long lengths of time or when you are not there - Please don`t use the `outdoor love seat` as a swing - Please also do not leave the BBQ unattended at any time (and make sure to clean it after use).
Fire Pit Rules - We don`t supply wood, welcome to use if there is some available - Please ensure you follow fire restriction rules ie if there are Fire Bans = No fire pit - Never leave fire unattended - Keep a safe distance - Children and pets must be supervised at all times - Make sure fire pit is out before going to bed - Please clean up after the fire pit. - Guests are full responsible for safe use of the fire pit at all times
PET RULES - We accept 1 dog, non-shedding and fully house-trained inside only, all other dogs must be outside (the yard is fully fenced). - No pets are allowed on our furnishings, please. - We recommend that guests bring your own pet bed - Please do not wash dog beds, blankets, or items in the washing machine to prevent clogging drains. - Pets are not to be left inside the house unattended - Please ensure you pick up dog belongings and place in council bin (not inside) - Guests are fully responsible for their pet’s health, safety, and behaviour during their entire stay in and outside the house.
