Pet Friendly Family Getaway
Very cosy and welcoming property. Plenty of activities to keep the teens happy in the water or playing pool. And plenty of space to relax and soak up the beautiful view of the bay. The peaceful sounds of waves on the beach was an added extra treat. This was a very clean and generous space that will have us coming back hopefully :)

Disappointing!!
Beautiful property with great views. However the property (especially the downstairs area) was absolutely freezing & smelt of dust. Got a disappointing message from property manager for leaving blankets unfolded & for using fireplace. So my feedback would be to update your guest instructions to DO NOT use fireplace & blankets. And do not leave blankets unfolded

Dear Aarti, Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry and disappointed you were so cold. The property has a reverse cycle air conditioner and a fire upstairs and there are heaters in the lounge room and in both bedrooms downstairs and many blankets throughout the house. It was evident you were cold by the number of blankets everywhere and that you tried to use the fire, however from our experience if you are unfamiliar in using a combustion fire it sometimes proves difficult to get it burning hot. It is evident that you were not successful with the fire as the upstairs would have warm and cossy. As requested at the courtesy call prior to your stay, I asked if you had any concerns to contact me, as we always want our travellers to enjoy their holiday. Post stay you informed me the air conditioner was not working. On inspection the timer had been put on, thus would not work. Not aware of downstairs being dusty, however will investigate. Perfect for 1 or 2 families
Ideal house for us to have 1 family upstairs and a couple with their own place on ground floor. Easy access to beach and walks. Food van around most evenings and coffee shop a short walk Fri-Sun. Small waves at Moloneys, so need to drive south of Bateman's for waves. We loved the place and will be back!

Great house for large family

Spectacular View
The house is well maintained, clean and has all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay away from home. We were 8 adults, very comfortable, with each of us having our own bedrooms with decent sized beds. The view is spectacular - feeds the soul!

Family Getaway

Fantastic Beach Front Accommodation
This accommodation was a fantastic find. Thr upstairs kitchen is modern and had all we need to prepare our meals. It had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. There were enough rooms to fit 8people. The best thing about this property is it's location and the pool table which the kids enjoyed so much. It was literally beach front. We just had to cross the road to get to the beach. It was fantastic! The only thing i would recommend is to air out the lower ground and perhaps have a fragrance reed to rid of the old wood smell. We will definitely be back!

A perfect spot
Loved staying here! This property was perfect for us. The house was very clean and comfortable with an exceptionally well-equipped kitchen, a smart tv, good wifi, and a beautiful view! The location is great - directly opposite the beach and an easy walk to off-leash dog beaches. We’ll be returning!

Relaxing Week at Long Beach
Had a great week at Long Beach in January with our family of 5. Found the property very clean on arrival and stocked with all the essentials. Loved the hop skip and a jump across the road to a calm beach, with afternoons spent sitting on the lounge out on the deck admiring the view. Communication with host Jude was great. We will be back!

Blissful calm
We had another wonderful stay at Long Beach. A bit of rain didn’t bother us at all. With that view, every day is a beach day! Jude, the property manager, is always approachable and welcoming. We tried a few eateries in Batemans Bay and found some delicious options! Thank you for the hospitality, we will be back!

Long Beach
Had an absolute ball at Long Beach and the property was fantastic. Easy check in process and dealing with Jude was so easy. The property was so clean, comfortable and relaxing. Could have stayed for weeks! Kitchen had everything you needed and eating on the balcony while taking in the view was a highlight. A hop, skip and a jump to the beach. What more could you ask for. Highly recommended. Can't wait to get back there!!!

Fabulous Weekend at the Beach
Just a lovely clean house directly across from the beach. The kitchen was supplied with everything you could need and more. The host was just lovely and checked in to see that everything was okay. We would stay again.

Amazing beach views
We had a wonderful stay in long beach! There was a food van at long beach doing amazing burgers on the Friday that we arrived The house was so close to the ocean you could hear it in bed! Very comfy and clean stay :) The upstairs and down stairs are totally seperate with only external stairs, which totally suited our 2 parties. Would absolutely recommend and will come again!

Wonderful stay
We booked to stay with friends who were visiting from New Zealand & wanted to experience some beautiful Australian coastline. We had the most wonderful stay. The house and linen were immaculate, the layout was great & the little extras like vegemite in the cupboard and a complimentary bottle of wine & block of chocolate was awesome & exceeded our expectation. We loved being across the road from the beach, especially for our kids, 11 months , 18 months and 5 years old. We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony & watching the sunset & our kiwi friends loved seeing kangaroos grazing at dusk . We all commented what a wonderful stay we had & how we would love to come back in the future . Jude also had excellent communication & it was lovely to receive a call prior to our stay . I also appreciated her going the extra mile & organising a portacot for one of the bubs. The kitchen was so well equipped too so we didn’t feel like we had to travel into Batemans Bay to eat . The only thing that would be great would be internal stairs but I can see why the stairs are external given the upper and lower floors could be rented independent of each other. Only other tip for travellers which is in no way a criticism as it’s just nature but remember some bug spray although there is a zapper on the deck :) Thank you again for having us, I’ve already recommended your beautiful property to some friends & we can’t wait to come back in the future :)

Lovely Long Beach Stay
We all had a fabulous week again in Long Beach & we loved loved our stay at this beach house. Lots of areas to relax with plenty of room for all of us. The property was clean & very well equipped, especially the kitchen. We appreciated the kayaks for use on the beach just moments across the road. Overall just a great holiday place that everyone loved...even our little dog liked his perch on the veranda watching everything going by. We had a little door problem that Jude our host promptly sorted out.... will definitely love to return.

Our second stay and it was even better than the first. We were blessed with perfect weather but even if that hadn’t been the case, the beauty of this house is you get the best of the surrounds, rain hail or shine! The perfect beach stay at Bateman's Bay
A lovely location with beach front access. Property is divided into two separate areas, suitable for large or two families. Both living areas are open and inviting with plenty of space to relax and play games. Layout allowed for plenty of privacy. Internet connection was suitable for web browsing, but unable to maintain Netflix connection, plenty of DVDs to watch made up for this. Outdoor shower was perfect for a post-beach rinse prior to entering the house. Large lush front lawn is perfect for outdoor games. Looking forward to returning.

Perfect beach home away from home
A perfect relaxing beachfront stay for family & friends, we will be back! Nothing to fault the house, clean, beds/room comfortable, we used the BBQ and the kids enjoyed the beach boards and kayaks. Our host Jude R is lovely, & helpful, didn't need to contact Jude during our stay. The only fault is we didn't stay longer than 3nites, great relaxing enjoyable holiday we had.

Perfect water front location
Gorgeous location! Across the road from the beautiful bay, it’s a relaxing environment, and a lovely quiet street. The home is very comfortable, has everything that is needed and the kitchen is well equipped. The Large windows and a well sized verandah is great to enjoy your meals, a drink and relax while taking in the wonderful view across the bay.

Excellent property with all the essentials
We stayed in the upstairs part of the property for 6 nights. There were 3 of us, my husband, 1.5 yo son and I. One of the best holiday homes, without fault. The property takes full advantage of the location and views, and it is a very short drive to Batemans Bay city centre . The kitchen is very well stocked, if you want to cook up a storm, you'll have all the utensils at hand. Jude was such a great host answering all my questions very promptly. The space is perfect for a little family, the furniture comfy and cosy. The weather was slightly chilly so we took full advantage of the fireplace. We were sad to leave, but hope to be back in warmer weather.

Great Property & Great Location
We stayed in only the top half of the property. Overall the location was great and the property was great. It was clean with heaps of kitchen items, plates, cups bowls that sort of thing. The only issue we had was that the property gets no sun at all. Which would be great during summer or during warmer months/days but it was quite cool when we were there and it was disappointing to not be able to use the deck.

Absolute beachfront location. Wonderful spot, for us & our little pet moodle, Bailey.
The property was as advertised, clean, well stocked & comfortable. We only stayed in the upstairs, downstairs would be great for teenagers or another family. Great location
We had a great family weekend at Long Beach. Great house for gathering together but also plenty of space to spread out into our spaces with the two kitchens and two living rooms. Beach was great to walk and borrowed owners kayaks and boards for a swim! Short drive to batemans bay for coffee and takeaway. Owner super helpful and great communicator.

Perfect spot for a group getaway
Beautifully refurbished home that is well equipped and caters for your every need. Great use of space and living areas and the view is soooo relaxing. Loved the layout and decor. Pet friendly is a winner for us too

Great stay, not the best area for swimming.
The house is very nice. All inside excellent. The only minus was the beach itself. Not the nicest beach around.

Magnificent views and very comfortable house
The view from the property is perfection and there is an ample covered verandah allowing you to take advantage. It is literally a few steps across the road and you are swimming in the bay. The house is very comfortable and has ample space to store your clothes, toiletries and pantry items. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Manager is very helpful. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to revisit.

Watched the sea change from the loungeroom
We had a magical time at Long Beach with our extended family. We watched the many moods of the ocean after the tsunami warning from the loungeroom and kitchen. We then were able to toddle to back and forward to the beach, literally at the end of the driveway. The two separate levels gave us plenty of space for the family members. We’ve already booked for next year!
