"Stayed July 3–5, 2025 with my wife via VRBOWe had a fantastic stay at Bolstad West for the holiday weekend. The location truly can’t be beat—steps from the beach, right by the boardwalk, and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Long Beach. Fireworks on the beach were next-level, and it was amazing to watch the chaos and color unfold right outside the property.The unit itself was clean, quiet, and tastefully furnished, with a cozy vibe that made it feel like home....

"I have stayed at Anchorage Cottages many times and this is my favorite unit. For us who are older the one level is great although a walk in shower would be better than a tub shower. The location is great for walking to the North Beach Tavern which has great food. We did not use the trail to the beach and you cannot see the beach from the cottage but it is a very comfortable cabin and we enjoyed our time here."
