As a small, local business that is focused on guest experience, we are unique in that we not only own and manage all of our vacation rentals, but we have also built or remodeled each one.

Girls weekend

Had great time. The house was perfect for 8 women on a girls trip. The house has everything needed. I would very surprised if you came up with something it doesn’t have. Easy drive to town. Easy walk to the beach.

Cousin reunion

We had 10 total for our little reunion. The house was absolutely perfect for us. Proximity to the beach was great, the house was immaculate and the game room was a much enjoyed bonus. We definitely plan to return in the future!!

Amazing property

We had an amazing vacation as a family of four as well as my parents (kid’s grandparents). There were endless activities to do at the property, including the game room, board games, volleyball, and yard games. The place was set up so well and everything was thought of! Graduation celebration

Outstanding- in every aspect. A perfect "playground"- the beach, volleyball court, games garage, video and board game collections, gourmet designer kitchen. The house effortlessly supported the flow of our group from one bit of fun to the next. Can't wait to return!

Cozy, Comfortable, Classy

We had fun, family time over Christmas. A small lighted tree was provided and the gas fire set the tone. We took advantage of all the opportunities to be together walking to the beach, soaking in the hot tub, eating a lot, playing games, doing a jigsaw puzzle and eating some more. It was the perfect setting for laugher, storytelling and loving.

Beyond amazing!!

We stayed Thanksgiving weekend and that meant our great had to be prepared. The kitchen is a dream! Everything you could want and more! And then there is the rest of the house.. amazingly appointed! The walk to the beach is short and parking plentiful for four family groups! We'll be back!

Beautiful Stay!

My family of 10 (plus one doggo) had a wonderful stay at this home in Long Beach. The home was beautiful and so cozy immediately upon entering. Kitchen was stocked with every tool and appliance you could possibly need and all labeled and easy to find. The game room was super fun and a blast to play shuffleboard and ping pong. The fireplace was cozy for a chilly October stay. Checking in was a little tricky because it took us a moment to find the gate code for the entrance in the driveway, but once we knew to look under "driving directions" instead of "check in instructions" it resolved. We will definitely be back!

Located a short walk from the beach, this house is super comfortable, well stocked with absolutely everything you might need (including a game room!), and large enough to accommodate a group! We really enjoyed our stay!

Incredible property

Although only there for a couple of nights, I can’t imagine a better vacation spot for a family. The kids had an absolute blast and repeatedly asked when we might be able to come back.

Great for a family get together. Loved the coziness and special though for all the extra touches. Comfortable beds, volleyball court, beach wagon, game room, blankets and fireplace. Kids loved the juicer, everything is very well organized, and really comfortable beds. So close to the beach and centrally located. We loved our stay and hope to be back! Kept 6 teenagers engaged and busy.

Great house!

The house is lovely, very comfortable and complete. The whole family enjoyed the game room, the outdoor volley ball court, the jacuzzi and easy access to the beach. The master showers were amazing. The kitchen was well organized and fully equipped. We enjoyed time together, but also space to spread out.
