Our goal is to give you an amazing experience in a beautiful home that has something for everyone.

As a small, local business that is focused on guest experience, we are unique in that we not only own and manage all of our vacation rentals, but we have also built or remodeled each one.

This is not only a large high-end home with an unobstructed view of the Pacific, it is also incredibly organized, comfortable, and comes with a private path to the beach. If a vacation in luxury is what you are looking for, this is the beach house for you.

Luxury and comfort!

This was the perfect house for our family reunion. It has everything you can ask for and more including top of the line appliances and comfy beds. Just a short walk down a private trail to the beach! Thank you Toby for sharing your beautiful home.

Fantastic Weekend

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and both times have been incredible. The grass backyard is a new addition since our last stay but was so nice for outdoor activities. Great Property that we will use again in the future.

Excellent house for a group

Husband and I stayed here with a group of friends for new years and it was an excellent spot for us! It’s a short walk to the beach, the hot tub is in a spot where you actually want to hang out and there is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Would absolutely book here again.

Ladies birthday trip

What a wonderful home with great views. We watched the huge waves from the storm from both upstairs windows! We all thoroughly enjoyed your home and would definitely recommend it to everyone. Two great masters and the 6 bedrooms worked so well for us....everyone had their own bed!! Very clean and we loved all the labels where everything goes! AND the game work was so surprising! We've never seen so many games in one place! Wonderful, beautiful house and will definitely stay again. Thank you!

A wonderful property!

This home was perfect for our framily group (preschool-40 yr olds). Beds for all. Also, the beds are incredible! One member of our party said it's the best sleep they've had on vacation. The kitchen is STOCKED! And labeled! Waffle and icecream maker! The grass is soft, the beach was fun and not crowded, and outdoor showers helped to keep the sand to a minimum

Amazing place

I absolutely loved the location and the house. Just perfect for a friends vacation. Had so many activities to keep the kids and adults busy: board games, video games, yard games, beach, town, and don't forget the hot tub. One of the best rentals we have ever stayed in. House was very clean and organized, and had a lot more amenities than any other place I've stayed. Absolutely would come back again.

We were a large multi-generational family group (3 to 60) and this was perfect! Things were clean, well organized and there were plenty of games and yard activities to enjoy together as well as outdoor areas if folks needed a bit of quiet alone time to recharge. I can’t say enough about the host, who was always responsive. 10/10 would stay there again

Our second stay at Toby’s property

Our family fully enjoyed our second stay at Ocean’s Trail! As a chef, I truly appreciated how well stocked the kitchen and the entire house was. I love how well organized it was. We were able to utilize the clam guns and nets in the garage game room and even the weather cooperated. We highly recommend this property and look forward to trying other properties owned by Toby. Beautiful and Comfortable

This home matches the pictures! Beautiful and comfortable. The house is well equipped and “user friendly”. We were able to cook and enjoy meals together at the large dining table. We made good use of the game room! We were thrilled to watch the resident eagles along the beach. Check in was easy. We will be back!

Perfect Location

Aside from the fact that this is a beautiful home, the beach (trail) access is ideal. We had a hard time leaving Thursday. Deer, eagles, sandpiper babies...very cool. The only negative thing was the folks driving around town and back-and-forth on the beach with flags displaying obscene words. The property owner (Toby) is on-top of everything. Highly recommend.

Our stay was nice. The sprinklers during the day all day were completely annoying!!

property was nice and spacious. However, it did some simple up keep maintenance. The outside sprinkler system was set to go off during the day, all day long, which was very annoying, and disruptive to those playing and relaxing outdoors.

Everything you could ever want!

This was the most amazing vacation I have ever had! This house was absolutely equipped with everything you could ever need, and more. The master bedroom was a dream, with the most comfortable bed you will ever sleep in and an ocean view to top it all off! The attention to detail in this home really floored me. The beach was only a short walk away, and everything was exceptionally easy to find. Toby made it easy to plan my vacation, and was very prompt to respond to any questions we had during out stay. I HIGHLY recommend this house to anyone looking for a perfect vacation.
