So close to boardwalk, beach, OCEAN!!!
Terrific ground-level apt. for 1 or 2 - beautifully appointed, very comfortable, very clean, quiet, with parking spot - everything we needed for a week's vacation. And a great host. So glad we found it!

Clean, lovely, great location, very good host
We had a terrific almost week-long vacation, very near the boardwalk, and the ocean. Also, not far to so many restaurants. Kim, the host, answered our questions right away, all the appliances worked, and the apartment was beautiful. Altogether an A+ - we just loved it.

The apartment was suitable for a couple looking to be close to the beach for an affordable price. There was much privacy as well! The owner was lovely!

Sun, Sand & Ocean!
Perfect place to spend a little or a lot of time! The apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated & has EVERYTHING you need to make you comfortable, including a lovely backyard. The host is delightful & very accommodating. The beach & a fabulous boardwalk are only 3 short blocks away & you can walk to everything.

Kim was a GREAT host - I could not have asked for anyone better! She had thought of every last detail to make my stay perfect. The apartment was cozy, very clean, tastefully decorated, fully-equipped, and convenient to the beach/boardwalk & shopping/restaurants.

Definitely recommend for a couple. Perfect location to beach. Place is small but has everything you need and private outdoor space. Kim was perfect balance of attentive and provided privacy.

Great getaway
Did a quick 3 day stay. Property was easy to find, clean, and thoughtfully laid out. Would mention it has some low-ish ceiling parts. For reference, I’m 6’2” and it wasn’t a big deal, but did have to watch my head walking into the kitchen area. Wasn’t able to find the bike rental for the boardwalk, from what I heard the town may have not put them out because of COVID? Still a great getaway spot, and would recommend to others.

Clean, cozy & convenient!
The apartment is just 2 blocks away from the beach with beach passes, chairs and towels included. The back patio is private and beautiful for drinks or a grill night. Kim went above and beyond with the decor and amenities, making it a very pleasant environment. We would definitely stay again!

What a wonderful find !!! Blocks from our son’s new apartment, two blocks from the board walk & the beach. Peaceful quiet neighborhood & relaxing patio with beautiful potted flowers.... A breath of fresh air!
Lucky for us, this property was available for a spontaneous beach getaway. Our little apartment, impeccably clean and conveniently located a couple of blocks to the beach, was fully stocked with every amenity we could possibly need. You could tell that Kim had a good time decorating and everything was in good taste. Driveway parking, separate entrance, comfortable bed, fully-equipped kitchen and all the comforts of home make this a wonderful choice for a Long Beach visit. We hope to be back!

Paradise
This is a wonderful apartment with everything one needs when taking a vacation to Long Beach to enjoy the beach and the town. The benefit of having your very own driveway is such a bonus if you have a car! We often visit our daughter, so we are so happy we have found this all equipped apartment. You can't help but fall in love with this apartment plus its location.

Perfect little apartment by the beach

Great place to stay in Long Beach
Hotels in Long Beach leave a lot to be desired -- seriously. This was a fantastic alternative. Quiet, clean, comfortable, near the beach and just about the best bed I have ever slept in. Highly recommend for 1 or a couple.

Long Beach Gem
We have stayed in a number of properties over the years in Long Beach and this is definitely one of the BEST!!. Kim is a great host and everything was ready when we checked in. Check in was a breeze and the instructions Kim provided before check-in and the detailed information she left in the apartment helped make everything seamless. This property has every convenience that you would ever need or want and the remodeling of the apartment was first class. My wife really loved the way Kim decorated the apartment, which gave it a “homie” feel. Property has driveway parking, is close to the beach and close to coffee shops, restaurants, bars and shopping. This is a can’t miss rental property and you will absolutely enjoy your stay. We hope to rent again next summer. ‘

We’d Give It 6 Stars If We Could
Kim and David are everything you want in a homeaway host. They were always available —friendly, helpful and accommodating—when we needed them, yet gave us full privacy. The apartment is a sweet gem, immaculate, beautifully appointed and stocked, separate from the main house. The bed was very comfortable, which is a big deal for us. We had a small, private, flower lined yard with grill. Best of all, the beach is a short stroll. We are already planning our stay for next summer.

Lovely in every way
I spent a long weekend away from NYC in this charming and lovely cottage by the sea. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and truly felt like a home away from home. Excellent location-- very close to the beach, shops and restaurants within walking distance, and far enough away from the Main Street to be peaceful. The apartment is also well stocked with everything you need-- Kim has really put a lot of effort and thought into providing amenities for her guests. Thanks for a great weekend and I look forward to another visit soon.
