I really wanted to love this place as we have stayed at their other frank property, Inn by the Sea, and love it there. First, the office closes at 6. If you need anything beyond that hour you must travel to their other property where the office is open later. In our case, we ran out of towels and Keurig coffee k cups, so we had to drive to the other property for more. They advertise free breakfast and bikes, they don’t have either available. The unit was FREEZING. They had 1 heater for the entire 2 bedroom unit and no extra linens or pillows. The pillows were awful and the beds were even worse. Squeaking every time you moved, I felt like I was sleeping on Sheetrock. The walls in this place are worse than paper thin. We heard everything. Barking dog all hours of the night, fighting and yelling late hours of the night and early hours into the morning. I called the office and asked if someone could please say something to them and was told “there’s a number in the text you got for check in, you can call that number if there’s noise complaints.” She didn’t have a care in the world. We spent almost $400 for 2 nights here and literally the only good thing about it, was the location. I would recommend cleaning your couch and chair in the deluxe 2 bedroom family unit as it was absolutely disgusting with stains and animal fur. There is also a major ant problem in the kitchen area, didn’t appreciate have ants crawling on our prepared food and all over the coffee pot.
