When we arrived at reception our booking (made 9 months ago & reconfirmed) did not appear on their system: quite odd. We got through that. The 16th floor room was nice and spacious. Views across the bay were terrific. No complaints. Nice stay. We would have enjoyed room service however it was not available until 5.30pm. We would rate this stay as a solid 7.5/10. The only negative was that we didn’t feel they gave much attention that this was a special wedding anniversary occasion. Good value for the $$$ we paid. Ta"

"Comfortable house with amazing views of Hobart and the Derwent river. It fitted the 5 of us well. The house would not suit anyone with mobility issues as it is on a very steep hill. Buses are close by and Ubers easy to come by to get to Hobart central. Note that there is no spa “pool” but rather there are 2 spa baths. A lovely stay in a very beautiful location. "
