"Absolutely beautiful rooms and location! We loved staying here. Big rooms with stunning ocean views and a comfortable bed. One thing that could be improved is the hallway needing to be sound proofed. If you are staying in the lodge rooms, you will hear other guests and staff stomping down the halls late at night and early in the morning, which woke us up a couple times."

"The check-in time is 3:00pm based on the online information. We arrived at 3:00 and we were told by the staff at reception that the room was not ready yet, and it would be ready in 5 to 10 minutes. After 15 mins, another family arrived and they were told the same thing and the reason provided, was being short-staffed. We waited another 5 minutes, and the room was not still ready. The office of General Manager was beside the reception. I went there and asked the GM if he was aware of the delays in our check-in. He said someone from the staff had called sick that day, and that we had to wait. Long story short, if I did not insist that the situation should have been managed properly from the beginning, as guests plan for their trip, I think he would not have looked into the issue to get it resolved. Overall, the hotel is very clean and is worth for what you pay for your stay. But still I think, if one staff calls sick and the management knows this from the morning, they should have be more thoughtful of finding a way to resolve it ASAP. More, the view of the rooms located in the back, is a construction site with a tall bunker."
