Our room was great, it was very clean, and nicely decorated. The staff were amazing... so helpful and friendly and easy to communicate with . This hotel is in such a great spot, very close to lake and busy market streets but is quieter and easier to get to than many others .

The front desk girl is very friendly and helpful. She speaks great English so communication was a breeze. They even offered us a complimentary bottle of wine! The super large balcony!!! Shower room is spacious and water pressure is powerful!! Will definitely come back!!!! Thank you so much!!
