This lower level apartment in a fully renovated multifamily home has a private entrance, above grade windows for plenty of natural light & all the amenities you desire at a value you will love. The apartment comfortably sleeps four between the bedroom queen size bed and a living room with a sofa that converts to a single bed and an additional roll out twin bed. This beautifully renovated apartment has everything you need for a great beach getaway.
