Stayed 3 nights. Beds were so hard and uncomfortable. This hotel is old and tired. It needs some TLC. Location was close to Vatican and grocery store. No amenities. Website says laundry service but there was none. Wouldn’t stay here again

This brand new property is as beautiful as it is new. It’s the farthest north property so a bit out of the way versus staying somewhere mid strip but if you’re either staying on property or not opposed to grabbing a ride to get where you’re trying to go, this place is for you-especially if you want a semi-comparable place to Wynn/Encore & it’s close.

Absolutely wonderful property! Clean, beautiful, up to date. The staff couldnt be any better!! Such a fun place to stay when in Las Vegas!

After 16 years of going to Vegas and never staying at the same property twice, we finally found the hotel that clicks every button. Beauty, convenience, no drunken 20-somethings, friendly and helpful staff...the list goes on and on. The casino is so very well arranged, and the room was top-notch. The location is central to other properties we enjoy visiting, and being located at an intersection made travel a breeze. The dining options abound and are within easy walking distance. We will be staying at the Palazzo for years to come.

The Linq is good as a budget "party" property, but I found a few things about the place that are turn offs. First, cord-cutters BEWARE! Your TV has NO HDMI ports. You'll only find 2 USB service ports to upgrade software on their concierge service. One of the elevators was beaten to death in District 3 (nearest the monorail) and would clear the board after thing moved, causing everyone to have to smack their room keys on the sensor to start the process all over again. Happened each time it started and stopped. On my 3rd night, there was a horrid smell on one of the carpets like someone puked or lit some marijuana, which it prevalent around the property and its patrons. Room service was HIGHLY inconsistent. I had to make a few calls just to get them to show up. When they did, they often didn't take the tip I left out for them. Maybe that speaks for something? Dining options aren't as hearty as you would think inside the hotel, so you're looking at the Promenade for food after 10pm.
