"Check in was efficient. All the staff throughout my stay were excellent. Breakfast was great. My criticism is the lack of clothes storage in the room. I had a king Seaview; There was an open hanging space but no drawers and only a couple of shelves for clothes. For a 6 night stay this was inadequate for a solo traveller, it would have been doubly difficult for a couple. There is no full length mirror and no makeup mirror. There were no cushions on the wooden bench. The room would benefit from some additional soft furnishings and pictures."

Upon check-in I was assisted with my luggage up the stairs, the cleaner is on super top of all the amenities, the communal lounge was warm and cozy during a particularly cold winter visit, and public transport is a 2 minute walk away.
