"This hotel had absolutely everything we wanted. Beautiful pool, very easy access to a private beach, lovely towel service, terrific and dedicated staff in facilities, bartending, cleaning of the main parts of the hotel. The restaurant was onsite perfect and bar/resto exceptional for easy drinks, snacks by the pool, and enjoying the full day outside. This hotel is in a great location on Long Boat Key. We didn't have a car and were able to uber to St. Armand's Circle for shopping and Amelia's Island for beaches/change of scenery."

"This was an excellent place to stay! It was quiet, beautifully located, and consisted of wonderful amenities. The host was a great source of information and, in my opinion, provided far more than I expected! I would most definitely stay here again!"

"I had everything I needed. It was comfortable and had a tremendous view of the Gulf. Heidi was very attentive and sent a text prior to arrival with suggestions of local things to do, as well as links to several restaurants in the area. I used that text several times! She is a very helpful and thoughtful host.I stayed over Memorial Day weekend. Usually the beaches are packed like sardines that weekend, but that was not the case. Traffic was light most of the time, and I did not have any trouble getting into a restaurant. It was quiet at night and peaceful through the day. It was a wonderfully, relaxing time, and I am definitely planning to come back."

"The location is beautiful, but a lot of bugs , initially we thought were love bugs but ended up being other kind of bugs Overall It was clean ,but the cold water in the bathroom did not function well. Hopefully in the future these things will improve so we can possibly go there again!"
