Beautiful F1 apartment of 35m2 on the ground floor of a 1950 style house in a quiet area.
Equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, flat screen TV, WiFi internet connection, gas condensation heating, double glazed windows. Nice living room. An independent bedroom.
Close to all amenities, 5 mm from the city center, fast motorway access, bus stop.

My accommodation is perfect for couples, solo and business travelers.
