Welcome to Les Pins des Conches, a charming 50 m² holiday home in Longeville-sur-Mer, Vendée, set in a pine forest just minutes from the beautiful Plage des Conches.



Ideal for a holiday with family or friends, the house sleeps up to 4 guests and has 2 comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom and a bright living area with an equipped kitchen (coffee maker, appliances, crockery, etc.).



Outside, enjoy a lovely terrace overlooking the pines, perfect for outdoor meals or relaxing in peaceful, natural surroundings between forest and ocean.



For convenience, there are two parking spaces in front of the house. A garage is also available for storing bicycles, surfboards and windsurfing boards.



Les Pins des Conches is ideally located for exploring the Vendée coast: Plage des Conches, known for surfing, walks and wide-open natural spaces, is just minutes away. Cycle paths, a state forest and plenty of outdoor activities await nearby, along with boat trips through the marshes.



The concierge service will welcome you, hand over the keys and show you around the property, and will remain available throughout your stay. The property is inspected on departure.



Household linen is available to hire for an additional fee and must be booked through the concierge service. End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory and included in the cleaning fee shown when booking.
