Stylish, spacious and convenient. This custom home has been a featured on the Boulder County Modern Home Tour! Enjoy space for everyone with 5 bedrooms with 3 king sized beds and 2 queen sized beds. Terrific space inside and out for making memories! Great for day trips to Rocky Mountain National Park. Only 20 minutes to Boulder. This home has a private basement apartment with a separate entrance that host stays in. Maximum number of vehicles is 5. Vehicles can be parked in the garage and on the driveway. No street parking allowed. No RV's allowed. This is the host's primary residence. Host has personal belongings stored in the home.
