"Ice machine covered in mold. Staff was not helpful. The paint was actually peeling off and molded. I will never stay there again."

"There is a &100'deposit & parking is $25 per night. I didn't see this listed in the booking. Room had a slightly stale smell but nothing air freshener couldn't help. Close to the beach, with comfortable beds. Would stay again!!"

"Perfect place. Clean and right in the beach. Multiple different styles of room to accommodate. Prices super reasonable which allowed us to add a extra day stay. Indoor and outdoor pools and all kinds of extras for Incase you get a rainy day the kids aren't stuck in the room. Always something to do no matter the weather"

"I had my doubt with all the reviews but we loved the hotel, we only had housekeeping that didn’t come and give us fresh linens and towels but everything else was good, the pools are warm but the little kids pools seems to be colder than the others, also the rooms were great but we did have to upgrade the two bed room with a kitchen isn’t ideal for more than 3 ppl at most and we were 3 adults and 2 kids, the rooms were clean overall but housekeeping does need to look under the beds because we did find dirty socks from other people, but other than that there were no bugs in the room or bed bugs. We also wish the hotel had told us that there was going to be something done on the beach that would cause it to get closed or else we wouldn’t have extended our trip"

"The rooms, hallways and all common areas were very clean. The beds, pillows and blankets were comfortable Staff was extremely helpful. The property was tended too regularly and staff looked happy. We enjoyed our stay very much. They couldn't have made our stay any better if they tried. It was exceptional."

"We had an amazing vacation at the Dayton House! The place was incredibly clean, and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. We absolutely loved spending time in the hot tub and the indoor pool. You can't beat being right on the beach with such a beautiful oceanfront view. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back!"
