"Everyone at this property was so accommodating and extremely kind! The ladies preparing breakfast were so wonderful and friendly. "

"Tru is known for being a simplified hotel, we like it feels new and clean. Down side the pool was closed we were told they were working on it, but not too big a deal because it was just an idea to waste some time. Overall this is our second time to stay at this tru and it’s been good both times. "

"No complaints. One elevator was out of service, but we didn't mind waiting or taking the stairs. Dark wood panels throughout give historic (rather than modern) feel."
