"We booked the Sun Valley Inn over Mother’s Day weekend. We got a call a few days before our trip that we had gotten an upgrade to the Sun Valley Lodge. It was absolutely incredible, we felt like we didn’t belong there, it was so fancy lol. It was our first trip to Sun Valley, and we are blown away by the beauty. The lodge was incredibly accommodating to us with our E bikes, storing them and even charging them for us."

"The location was perfect for the activities we had planned. Just a short drive outside of Ketchum. The Mountain Views were perfect! The number of bathrooms/room was great too. We appreciated the updates to the master bathroom as well. The kitchen was well stocked and fit our needs as well."

"Here’s a more relaxed, natural version that sounds like a real guest:We stayed here for a week over spring break with our two kids and had a great time. The place was really comfortable and had everything we needed—easy spot to come back to after skiing all day. Plenty of room for the four of us and it felt clean and well taken care of.Location was super convenient for getting to the mountain and around Ketchum, which made things really easy.The management team was awesome—very responsive and easy to deal with the whole time, which you don’t always get.Would definitely stay here again. Great spot for a family ski trip."

"Goods: You can't beat the location - easy walk in ski boots to a lodge and lift that takes you to the top of the mountain and you can ski down to that location too. Great parking in front or in an underground garage. Major complaints: Only bed is upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs - stairs are steep and narrow without railing. Easy to fall down if sleepy and/or older; middle of night visits could be dangerous. Sink water temperature control is opposite of standards; i.e., default when turning on water is super hot and you have to wait for the cold to come through. Electric heat is drying and even when all heaters are turned off, the unit is still fairly warm - too warm for me when sleeping."
