"We had such a lovely time at this property. The home is very comfortable with a well appointed kitchen and the view is spectacular. We spent every sunrise down by the water watching wildlife (harbor seals, otters, herons, ducks, and deer)! The only thing that would have improved this property is use of the kayaks locked up on the beach to explore mud bay. I would 100% stay at this property again."

"We love spending time as a family on Lopez Island and Rich and Amy’s place makes that possible. It’s more suited to families with children than 7 adults. Only one bedroom has a closet where it’s possible to hand clothes and one other has a dresser. We stayed 8 days living out of suitcases. The bathrooms are ok and functional, and the kitchen is small but well stocked. The deck is spacious and the distant view is lovely. While I enjoyed sitting on the deck, we could not eat on the deck because of bees. "
