"This place is top notch! Amazing setting, amazing hotel and the staff are simply incredible. From check in to check out- the most wonderful people working there."

"My husband and I stayed at this hotel for three nights. The breakfast was phenomenal and the room was exceptional, we had an amazing view. Some of the reception staff was not accommodating to our late check-out request, we had to wait in the lobby for three hours before going to the airport. The hotel is only a 30 min ride by bus to the old town, the bus station is right outside the hotel. The area around the hotel is not too bad however there are not alot of options for dining. The beach is only few minutes away which made this stay great."

"The Princess Royal was a lovely oasis. We had two rooms, one had been updated the other not. While the older room had a dent or ding, I would not fault it and it was still a high quality room that was exceptionally comfortable. Loved the staff and the range of options within the Process compound. A great family option or for a couples get away. "

"Consierge service was especially helpful with a medical need and 5 star service and resort amenities were spectacular during our 3 night stay for my wife and I."
