"Pros: Quiero compartir mi experiencia en la casa La Vera, dentro del complejo Aldea La Purísima. Todo fue simplemente genial. Estuvimos alojados del 14 al 16 de julio, tres parejas con niños. Lo mejor fue que no tuvimos que preocuparnos por moscas ni mosquitos gracias a las carpas mosqueteras que hay instaladas en la zona de porches y comedor. Además, la casa estaba impecable y tenía todo el menaje necesario. En cada habitación contábamos con aire acondicionado, lo que hizo nuestra estancia más...

"The place is fantastic! I loved the room because it was very comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. The staff at the front desk were really special and very friendly."

"Well located. Room was basic but clean. Water was not replenished daily which is expected at a 4 star. Pool was great but there must have been a junior golf tournament one day and the pool was extra busy and became cloudy. That night I was very itchy so there must have been an imbalance in the pool chemicals. I couldn’t find anyone to tell. The poolside bar was not open when advertised."

"It's probably stretching it to still call this a 4 star hotel, but it was perfectly adequate for my needs and at a good price too. Daily housekeeping is included as is breakfast. The breakfast buffet wasn't as good as most places but it was perfectly acceptable. I would have got tired of it though after 3 or 4 days as there's not a lot of choice. Would have expected more fruit for example. Note the main pool closes each day from 2pm to 5pm although the smaller pool remains open. This hotel's target market is the Spanish tourist. Not all staff speak English, not all signs are translated into English, but that's what I liked about it - no other English tourists, (and I'm English!). All in all, perfectly acceptable for my needs, I enjoyed my stay, no complaints, but I wouldn't take my loved one here if you wanted to impress them."

"Parking in a perfect location within a gated area within the hotel grounds 15 euros a day. There were about 150 children staying at the hotel. They were out and about most of the time but come meal times you had to judge a time to have lunch and dinner before the children arrived. Had we known we would gave chosen different dates for our break."
